“Boca Run”
AKA - ‘Floriston Gorge” or the “Bronco Section”
This popular river trip is offered twice daily and is very close to Truckee & North Lake Tahoe. Making it an ideal adventure for both visitors to the area and long time locals. This section of the Truckee River takes you through beautiful scenic river canyons and rich history. The rapids in this section progresses from small riffles to class II canyons. The journey ends with exhilarating Class III rapids. This trip is fun and exciting for everyone, but not too threatening for beginners.
